Join Senior Program Manager, Seth Eckhouse, at NACCHO Annual Conference in New Orleans!\u00a0 Seth will be presenting at year’s conference, Unleashing the Power of Local Public Health, on July 12 at 11:30am.\u00a0 The title of his presentation is: “Pushing for Measurement of Impact: NEPHTC’s Increasing Capability to Measure Training Impact on Workforce Performance, Kirkpatrick Level Three.”\u00a0 <\/b>Though the title doesn’t make it obvious, measuring level three impact (behavior change) is harder than typical training evaluation, and demonstrates training impact at a deeper level.\u00a0 Good level three results make it easier to persuade health departments and community organizations to adopt trainings, and to persuade funders about the effectiveness of our training practices. Co-authors on the submission are Hope Kenefick, PhD, NEPHTC’s evaluator, and Karla Todd, NEPHTC’s Program Manager, Training Specialist.\u00a0 The slides can be found here.<\/a><\/p>\n
