Together the ten PHTCS are part of the Public Health Learning Network (PHLN), led by the <a href=\"https:\/\/nnphi.org\/\">National Network of Public Health Institutes<\/a>.The Public Health Learning Network (PHLN) is the nation&#8217;s most comprehensive system of public health educators, experts, and thought leaders.
