For the last two decades she has reported on independent film for outlets such as 90.9 WBUR and The Boston Globe. After releasing her first short documentary, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dukakisfilm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dukakis: Recipe for Democracy<\/a>, she was named a Top Ten Emerging Artist by <em>Art New England<\/em> magazine. She has since undertaken several other documentary projects, including one set in Northern Michigan about a community-driven effort to bring Lake Sturgeon back from the brink of collapse. She has been teaching in Emerson College\u2019s Journalism and Film, Television, and Media Arts departments since 2016 and twice served as a fellow in its Transforming Narratives for Environmental Justice initiative.
