John Maleyeff specializes in applications of statistical, analytical, and simulation modeling. He has held professional positions in the U.S. Department of Defense, RCA Corporation, and LEGO A/S (in Billund, Denmark). He has also consulted for many well-known companies, including those that are involved in manufacturing, healthcare, and services.

John is the author of Service Sciences: The Analysis and Improvement of Business Processes (Routledge imprint of Taylor & Francis, 2021) and Quality Service Management  (Routledge imprint of Taylor & Francis, 2022). He also authored a definitive guide to applying process improvement methods in government (Improving Service Delivery in Government with Lean Six Sigma, IBM Center for The Business of Government).  He is currently the area head for Enterprise Risk Management degree and certificate programs at MET, and teaches courses in business process management, quality management, supply chain management, and risk analytics.
