Applications have closed for MELODEM’s Annual In-Person Meeting<\/span><\/b>\u00a0which will be held near Paris, France from\u00a0Monday,\u00a0July 6th through Friday, July 10th, 2026.<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

As in previous years, the meeting will follow a two-part format:<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) a hands-on\u00a0data workshop:<\/b>\u00a0involving a subset of participants from\u00a0Monday, July 6th to Wednesday, July 8th<\/u>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) the\u00a0main meeting<\/b>:<\/b><\/span>\u00a0a series of presentations with extensive discussion, from\u00a0Wednesday, July 8th\u00a0to\u00a0Friday, July 10th<\/u>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The topic of this year’s data workshop will be announced when invitations to the meeting are issued.<\/span><\/p>\n

If selected to attend the meeting, you are welcome to bring your partner and\/or children. If so, we will request payment for their meals\/accommodations well in advance of the meeting. For the benefit of all attendees, this small meeting is intended to be an immersive and collaborative experience. Thus, attendees should plan to participate in all meeting activities (i.e., the sessions and meals of the main meeting, or the sessions and meals of both the main meeting and the data workshop).<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0MELODEM Leadership Team will review applications and issue invitations by no later than April 3rd, 2025.<\/b>\u00a0Because space is limited, the meeting cannot accommodate all who apply, unfortunately.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting\u2014lodging, meals, and venue\u2014is supported, in part, by the NIH-NIA (R13AG064971) and the Vascular Brain Health Institute (VBHI). Fees from attendees cover the remaining costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tentative Fee Schedule (subject to change)<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Student or Postdoctoral fellow: $200.00 USD<\/span><\/p>\n

Assistant Professor or equivalent: $350.00 USD<\/span><\/p>\n

All Other Career Stages: $600.00 USD<\/span><\/p>\n
