Our presenter,\u00a0<\/span>Dr.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>John Piette<\/span><\/b>, is a Professor of Global Public Health at the University of Michigan and a leading voice in the use of AI to strengthen community health systems. His current projects include reinforcement-learning tools that\u00a0optimize\u00a0scarce mental health services, automated systems that assess clinician\u2013patient communication quality, and RAG platforms that support mental health professionals using CBT and motivational interviewing. He regularly speaks across Latin America about AI-driven innovations in public health, and currently collaborates with Mexico\u2019s National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics through its computational linguistics\u00a0center.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
