Please join the Mobile & Electronic Health ARC on <\/span>Thursday, October 23<\/span><\/b>rd<\/span><\/b> from<\/span> 12-1pm <\/span><\/b>for our <\/span>virtual seminar<\/span><\/b>, \u201cEnhancing Clutter Assessment with AI and Machine Learning\u201d, presented by Drs. Jordana Muroff and Janusz Konrad. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Jordana Muroff<\/strong> is the chair of the Clinical Practice Department and professor at Boston University’s School of Social Work. A dedicated researcher-clinician, Dr. Muroff\u2019s work focuses on developing evidence-based mental health assessments and interventions that are accessible, engaging, and culturally and linguistically responsive, through strong community collaborations and technology innovation. She is also a faculty affiliate of the Rafik B. Hariri Institute for Computing and Computational Science and Engineering. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Janusz Konrad<\/strong> leads the Visual Information Processing (VIP) laboratory, is a professor at Boston University’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, member of the Center for Information and Systems Engineering (CISE) as well as a faculty affiliate of the Rafik B. Hariri Institute for Computing and Computational Science and Engineering. Dr. Konrad’s work centers around visual information processing and specifically image and video processing, analysis and compression.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
