Hello and welcome to my webpage! My name is Simran and I am very grateful that you are here to learn more about my project: Finding Harmony in Chaos!<\/p>\n

To start, I’ll introduce myself with five fun facts:<\/p>\n

I’m a junior at BU majoring in Middle Eastern and South Asian languages and literatures and minoring in psychology and Arabic.<\/p>\n

I am NOT an animal person whatsoever.<\/p>\n

I eat a banana with peanut butter everyday in the morning.<\/p>\n

I didn’t know the difference between limes and lemons until September 2020.<\/p>\n

Three countries I want to visit are Egypt, Russia, and Turkey.<\/p>\n

On this webpage, which will serve as an awareness initiative, I hope that you will find some insight surrounding the relationship between different religious traditions, violence, stigma, and human experience.<\/p>\n

Over the course of Spring ’21 to Spring ’22, I would like to put together a project, this, in which everyone has the ability to learn from others. I would like to start, especially due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, by virtually interviewing different individuals with different levels of expertise and posting their answers here for you all to see, read, or listen to.<\/p>\n
