Every project uses a unique ID Project Toolkit folder. The toolkit folder c<\/span>onsists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Project Schedule<\/strong>: Tasks, Status, % Complete.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Resource Management<\/strong>: Your resource plan \u2013 what\u2019s assigned to you now, and what is coming in the future.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CRAID Log<\/strong>: Change, Risk, Action, Issue, Decision: this is your Project Log for everything that needs to be accomplished, has been decided, is an issue that needs some form of attention.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dashboard<\/strong>: What data is pulled into the reports, who is responsible for upkeep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">ID Toolkit Overview\/Training Notes<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All project work is entered through a <a href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/b\/form\/979539b560e0473ab3c809e31914d49a\">New Project Request<\/a>, and all planning and project requirements are to be discussed and tracked within the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/sheets\/P4x2fwHhJ6vHH3jmPPqW7Ph5569xc9cx8ChjWff1?view=card&amp;cardLevel=0&amp;cardViewByColumnId=5872247461859204\">ID Pipeline<\/a>.\n<ol>\n<li>Impact: All planning roles (AM, PM, ACD, Sina, and David)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>ID Pipeline NPR data (below) is used to create Project Toolkits.\n<ol>\n<li>Project Name, planned start\/end dates, ACD, AE, PM.<\/li>\n<li>Description: AE should update as project requirements are solidified. PM to update description once the SOW is approved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Project Toolkits: Toolkits are stored within the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/workspaces\/2CXjx89JVp8vMxJwxWX5Pp8w7r3vc7Rx77xFgQg1\">Interactive Design \u2013 Projects<\/a> folder within Smartsheet. Toolkits contain:\n<ol>\n<li>Estimation tool (Brockatron), including \u2018Other Costs\u2019 sheet<\/li>\n<li>Project Schedule<\/li>\n<li>CRAID Log<\/li>\n<li>Other items: Lessons Learned, actual hours, bug tracker<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Project Schedule \u2013 Now has multiple types of schedules.\n<ol>\n<li>New Section: Project Planning, this is now laid out as a section. PM to update task\/durations\/deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Resourcing: Directly connects schedule task assignments to a person\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/rm.smartsheet.com\/si\">Resource Plan<\/a>.\n<ol>\n<li><span> <\/span>Strategy efforts = these will be set up for the PM already based upon a strawman view of the project, for roadmapping purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Action Required = <strong>Assigned to<\/strong> <strong>is responsible for updating Task<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Status: Not Started, In Progress, Complete, Cancelled, On Hold<\/li>\n<li>% complete: 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Project Data is now being pulled into several varied reports that can be found on the following:\n<ol>\n<li>Project Dashboards \u2013 individual by project<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/dashboards\/gJwRqqCHxJ995C56fRXJXj2HH8Qf7FJXRVCfWr21\">ID Portfolio<\/a> \u2013 this is a roll-up of all ID project-level data.
