AE Suite's Printer<\/h3>
<\/p>\n

1. Go to your computer\u2019s Printers and Scanners<\/strong> settings.
\n2. Make sure you\u2019re connected to the internet via Ethernet<\/strong>, not just wifi.
\n3. Add a new printer. Switch to the IP<\/strong> tab.
\n4. In the Address<\/em> field, type: 128.197.227.9<\/strong>
\n5. For the Protocol<\/em> field, select: HP Jetdirect \u2013 Socket<\/strong> (this will auto-configure as \u201cRICOH Aficio C3501 PS\u201d and be good to go)
\n6. If you get an \u201cInstalled Options\u201d prompt, just hit ok<\/strong> at the bottom.
\n7. Click ok and confirm all additional dialogs. You may want to add a custom name for the printer as something like \u201cAE\u2019s Printer\u201d<\/p>\n

Editorial Suite's Printer<\/h3>
<\/p>\n

1. Go to your computer\u2019s Printers and Scanners settings.
\n2. Add a new printer. Switch to the IP tab.
\n3. In the Address field, type:\u00a010.242.13.78<\/b>
\n4. The Protocol field, should auto-select to:\u00a0HP Jetdirect – Socket<\/b>
\n5. Click ok and confirm all additional dialogs. You may want to add a custom name for the printer as something like \u201cID\u2019s Printer (in Editorial)\u201d<\/p>\n

Anita\u2019s Suite\u2019s Printer<\/h3>
<\/p>\n

1. Go to your computer\u2019s Printers and Scanners settings.
\n2. Add a new printer. Switch to the IP tab.
\n3. In the Address field, type: 10.242.13.72<\/b>
\n4. The Protocol field, should auto-select to: HP Jetdirect – Socket<\/b>
\n5. Click ok and confirm all additional dialogs. You may want to add a custom name for the printer as something like “Anita\u2019s suite\u2019s printer”<\/p>\n
