Operations
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing & Creative Services, the Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the in-house agency. This team is responsible for the administrative and operational infrastructure of the unit, overseeing workflow process and streamlining operations, budget tracking and management, resource planning and project prioritization, and project estimation and scheduling, as well as the implementation and maintenance of agency-wide systems.
The Operations team consists of Interactive Design project managers, Marketing Design project managers, and the Creative Services Manager. Together, they support the successful execution of creative projects from inception through delivery.
The Account Management team also reports to the Assistant Vice President, Marketing & Creative Services.
The Operations team ensures the seamless delivery of exceptional client service and efficient agency operations that align with the University’s strategic priorities.
