When Rob + Carla are both out of office, all final CWIP sign-offs, printer’s proofs, design, and conceptual sign-offs will go through Susan, Raquel, or Lee. This ensures a second set of eyes has seen the piece.

• Jon, go to Susan
• Kaajal, TBD
• Raquel, go to Lee or Susan
• Susan and Lee, go to any other Principal if the first pick is not available
• Maureen, for branding, go to Susan in Carla’s place. Plus, Jon Brousseau, Gary H.
• Caleb and Josh, review one another’s work
• Caleb and Josh, conceptual work will also be looked at by the assigned sign-off designers in their absence
• If your assigned Principal Designer is not available, go to another Principal
