Digital Strategy
When a client is facing challenges with their website, it’s the Digital Strategist’s job to uncover the “whys” behind the issues at hand, unlock key insights, and synthesize all findings before translating them into actionable solutions for improved content and user experiences.
During the Strategy & Planning phase of a project, the Digital Strategist can be found auditing client and peer sites, leading client stakeholder interviews, developing and presenting content strategy recommendations, meticulously annotating a newly minted sitemap to improve content organization and navigability, or documenting approved strategies for the purposes of ongoing site build and maintenance.
The Digital Strategist’s recommendations largely inform the scope of our Implementation Phase projects—which entail the actual design and development of a new website.
In close collaboration with our in-house SEO manager, analytics expert, and each project’s Creative Director, the Digital Strategist is one team member whose job is to leave no stone unturned. The result? Thoughtfully strategic roadmaps for a more user-friendly, accessible, and “on-brand” BU—one site at a time.
