Clinical and Research Grand Rounds
On Friday, December 20th, 2024, Dr. Ko and Dr. Dries presented their research at the Medicine Grand Rounds. The talk was titled “Spatial Omics and Breast Cancer Disparities: A Precision Medicine Perspective” and covered topics ranging from inequities in breast cancer, the current science on this area, what we are doing in our labs, and three projects that we have been working on. We had an enthusiastic response and are excited to continue working to bridge the gap between clinic, science, and the widening gap in precision medicine for underserved populations.
