Emilia Diamant

Emilia Diamant, LCSW, is the Chief Program Officer at Avodah, where she leads national programs cultivating Jewish leaders for justice. A veteran educator and facilitator with nearly two decades of experience, her work centers on intergenerational organizing, trauma-informed practice, and building Jewish spaces rooted in shared power, care, and accountability. Emilia brings a deep commitment to collective liberation and a practical understanding of how movements can grow stronger by learning with Gen Z, not just about them.
