He currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the White House Anti-Fraud Task Force, and previously served as the Senior Advisor for Healthcare Fraud at the Department of Health and Human Services from 2025-2026. His research addresses fraud in public programs, especially Medicare, including studying effective anti-fraud policy and developing statistical methods to detect and measure fraud.
