Bio<\/h5>\n

Jetson Leder-Luis is an assistant professor at Boston University and a Faculty Research Fellow at the NBER. He currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the White House Anti-Fraud Task Force, and previously served as the Senior Advisor for Healthcare Fraud at the Department of Health and Human Services from 2025-2026. His research addresses fraud in public programs, especially Medicare, including studying effective anti-fraud policy and developing statistical methods to detect and measure fraud. His work has been published in academic journals such as The Journal of Political Economy <\/em>and The<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>American Economic Review<\/em> and featured in popular media such as Bloomberg <\/em>and The New Yorker<\/em><\/span>.\u00a0 He received his Ph.D. from MIT Economics in 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
