Paul Career Development Professor in the Departments of Global Health and Epidemiology\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span size=\"3\"><span>at Boston University School of Public Health<\/span><\/span><span size=\"3\"><span>. His research applies the analytical tools of economics and data science to the study of population health, with focus areas on HIV treatment and prevention in southern Africa and on U.S. health disparities. Current research interests include the economics of health behaviors; population health impacts of social policy; and causal inference in public health research. His work has been published in Science, The\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span size=\"3\"><span>Lancet,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span size=\"3\"><span>PLOS Medicine,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span size=\"3\"><span>Epidemiology, and Health Affairs. Prior to his graduate training at Harvard School of Public Health, Dr. Bor worked with an HIV-prevention NGO in Botswana, Lesotho, and South Africa. He is a faculty affiliate of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/gdp\/initiatives\/human-capital-initiative\/\">BU&#8217;s Global Development Policy Center<\/a> and junior faculty fellow at the Hariri Institute for Computing and Computational Science.
