IT Help Center staffers have launched an exploratory project taking a look at technology usage habits and general attitude toward technology within the BU community. We hope to discover\u00a0<\/span>whether what our students are doing today truly does evolve into what our faculty and staff do tomorrow.<\/p>\n

The Goals:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The data gathered from this project\u00a0provides valuable insights that assists the IT Help Center with improving our\u00a0support and service offerings.<\/p>\n

Now in its third year, “Does IT Have a Crystal Ball? \u00a0A Case Study on Forecasting Technology Trends<\/a>” will be featured at the 2017 HDI\u00a0Conference and Expo in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n
