All Boston University students, staff, and faculty will be\u00a0automatically enrolled into the drawing. Survey responses are not required to be eligible for the drawing.\u00a0\u00a0If a BU student, staff, or faculty would like to take the survey\u00a0and did not receive an e-mailed invitation, please contact the BU IT Help Center at\u00a0IThelp@bu.edu<\/a>\u00a0or 617-353-4357.\u00a0People under the age of 18 and c<\/i>urrent employees of Boston University Information Services & Technology are not eligible to win<\/i>.<\/p>\n There will be three\u00a0winners of the drawing. Two\u00a01st place winners will receive a $100 Visa gift card and 2nd place winner will receive a $25.00 Visa gift card<\/b>. No substitution will be allowed and prizes may not be redeemed for cash or other consideration.<\/p>\n The entry deadline to be eligible will be Friday, April\u00a021, 2017<\/b>.\u00a0The drawing will be held in May\u00a02017 and winner will be notified by June\u00a01, 2017 by e-mail and\/or phone.\u00a0Odds of winning are based on the number of entries accumulated up until the deadline. Winner(s) will be selected at random and contacted by the Boston University IT Help Center. Delivery of the individual prize is expected no later than June\u00a01, 2017.<\/p>\n All payments made from University funds or items of value given to employees and non employees are considered compensation, and are subject to federal, state and employment tax withholding and reporting on Form W2 (for employees) and Form 1099 (for non employees), unless a specific exemption applies. Taxes where applicable are the sole responsibility of the winner.<\/p>\n
