As a leader\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\" color=\"#000000\">within the Service Desk, Phillip oversees operations of technology services offered to the BU community. Beyond his support work, Phillip is passionate about implementing and improving processes that facilitate world-class client service.
