The author of the winning essay will receive a $250 award and publication in <i>Impact<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Essays should be readable to a general, educated audience, and they should follow the documentation style most prevalent in the author\u2019s disciplinary field. Essays for this contest should be submitted by the first Monday in December to <a href=\"http:\/\/CITL.submittable.com\/submit\"><span class=\"s1\">http:\/\/CITL.submittable.com\/submit<\/span><\/a>. See our general submission guidelines in Submittable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">CITL reserves the right to not publish a winner in any given year.
