I am currently a Research Assistant in Cardiology at Boston Medical Center where I work on studies investigating cardiac amyloidosis and heart failure. With iCaMP, I perform mitochondrial respirometry using skeletal muscle biopsies from patients with heart failure. I will be pursuing medical school and I am excited to use research as one of many tools to improve patient outcomes in medical settings.
