It emphasizes four pillars: Relational Intelligence, Transparency with Care, Reciprocity and Consent, and Ethical Governance in Strategic Regions, so that AI-supported workflows remain understandable, accountable, and aligned with real human needs. The paper also introduces the Moral Grid Operational Index, a practical tool for evaluating risk, oversight requirements, and appropriate use across common clinical scenarios.
