It emphasizes four pillars: Relational Intelligence, Transparency with Care, Reciprocity and Consent, and Ethical Governance in Strategic Regions, so that AI-supported workflows remain understandable, accountable, and aligned with real human needs. The paper also introduces the Moral Grid Operational Index, a practical tool for evaluating risk, oversight requirements, and appropriate use across common clinical scenarios. These materials are being shared to support responsible implementation, education, and policy discussions as AI systems increasingly shape healthcare communication and access.<\/p>\n
