Daniela Silva Ayala

Research Scientist (2023 – present); Postdoctoral Associate (2021 – 2023). Previously Postdoctoral Associate at Harvard Medical School (2017-2021). Ph.D. in Virology from National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in collaboration with the Genetics Department at Harvard Medical School. My interests focus on the understanding of viral infections by members of the Filoviridae, Paramyxoviridae and Arenaviridae families. In parallel, I am involved in the developing of broad prophylactic and therapeutic approaches to confront infectious viral diseases.
