Her work focuses on conflict transformation, culture and arts, and developing the role of women in communities. A trained restorative practitioner, Jamie Lee is active in managing complex issues that remain as part of the legacy of the conflict.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Jamie-Lee works for Alternatives on the \u2018Peace Impact Project\u2019. This project engages community stakeholders in grassroots initiatives that promote a peaceful, thriving, and healthy community.
