To understand resilience we must try<br \/>\nto understand the ecological community&#8217;s interactions and responses to change.<br \/>\nWe are hoping to get information on trophic interactions for each of the species<br \/>\nposted on this board with help of undergraduate students from all over the<br \/>\nbiology department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How will it work:<\/strong> Every 2 weeks of 2025 we will post new photos of 2 or 3<br \/>\ndifferent species of fish occurring in the Mesoamerican Reef. Any student willing<br \/>\nto help will search for published papers related to the diet of the species, and will<br \/>\nwrite the citation on the provided paper cards and place it in the corresponding<br \/>\nenvelope pinned below the photos. The search should be done using the<br \/>\nkeywords listed in this instructions. At the same time, students can learn how to<br \/>\nID each of the species with key taxonomic features you would use in the field<br \/>\npointed out by the red arrows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keywords to use on search:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; \u201cscientific name of the species\u201d<br \/>\n&#8211; Diet<br \/>\n&#8211; Feeding habits<br \/>\n&#8211; Stomach contents<br \/>\n&#8211; Prey<br \/>\n&#8211; Trophic position<br \/>\n&#8211; Stable Isotopes<br \/>\n&#8211; Ecological interactions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Citation format:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Author, A., &amp; Author, B.
