Megina has extensive experience as an early childhood teacher and teacher educator. She is also a research collaborator at Harvard Graduate School of Education\u2019s Project Zero, where she works on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pz.harvard.edu\/projects\/pedagogy-of-play\">Pedagogy of Play<\/a> research project to understand and promote playful learning in schools.
