Groups meet every two weeks and receive a curriculum focused on child health, nutrition, and play-based psychosocial stimulation.<\/li>\n<li>Institute Affiliate: <a href=\"mailto:prockers@bu.edu\">Peter Rockers<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"colorbox\">\n<h6>Parents Advancing Toddler Health (PATH)<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>PATH is a randomized controlled trial of parent coaching interventions for the families of toddlers with sleep and behavior problems in the Boston area. The aim is to identify what intervention approach is best for engaging families and enhancing child outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Institute Affiliate: <a href=\"mailto:atarullo@bu.edu\">Amanda Tarullo<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"colorbox\">\n<h6><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/ssw\/research\/projects\/growing-together\/\">Growing Together<\/a><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Seeking to address the needs of women with opioid use disorder and their infants, the Growing Together Study is a two-armed pragmatic randomized controlled trial for pregnant women receiving prenatal care at Boston Medical Center\u2019s RESPECT clinic. We are testing the effectiveness of BRIGHT, an evidence-informed home-based therapeutic parenting intervention. More specifically, the study aims to assess whether BRIGHT is more effective than the control arm in improving mother-child relationships, infant social-emotional development, and parenting capacities while reducing child maltreatment.<\/li>\n<li>Institute Affiliate: <a href=\"mailto:rparis@bu.edu\">Ruth Paris<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"colorbox\">\n<h6><a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/352331290_Success_at_Scale_Outcomes_of_Community-Based_Neurodevelopment_Intervention_CASITA_for_Children_Ages_6-20_months_With_Risk_of_Delay_in_Lima_Peru\">Success at Scale: Outcomes of Community\u2010Based Neurodevelopment Intervention (CASITA) for Children Ages 6\u201320 months With Risk of Delay in Lima, Peru<\/a><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Impact of community-based intervention to support positive parent-child interactions and improve neurodevelopment for very young children who are at risk for delay.<\/li>\n<li>Institute Affiliate: <a href=\"mailto:martha.vibbert@bmc.org\">Martha Vibbert<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.18800\/educacion.201901.004\">Intercultural bilingual education for Shipibo children in Lima and Ucayali, Peru.<\/a><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Examines teachers\u2019 conceptualizations of interculturality and bilingual education in intercultural bilingual education schools serving Shipibo children in Lima and Ucayali, in the Amazon region of Peru. Also, the study explored the extent to which teachers\u2019 conceptualizations are reflected in their classroom practices.
