Graduate and Undergraduate Students Present their Research at Nutrition 2023

Congratulations to Tianran Ye (Sargent ’22, B.S. Nutrition/Dietetics; Sargent ’24, M.S./DPD) and Yunkeli Lin (Sargent ’24, B.S. Nutrition/Dietetics) who each presented posters on their research with Dr McCrory at Nutrition 2023 in Boston, MA in July. Ms. Ye presented the results of her study on energy intake variation on weekdays and weekends, and Ms. Lin presented her findings on relationships of fruit and vegetable intake with serum and red blood cell carotenoids.
