Login Instructions<\/h3>\n

Select Guest Account<\/b> at login page<\/p>\n

Next select Login<\/b>, a username and password are not necessary to login to the database<\/p>\n

Performing a Search<\/h3>\n

Once successfully logged into the database, user may search by clicking the Search Database<\/b> button<\/p>\n

The Search Database<\/b> link directs users to the Form View Search Page<\/b><\/p>\n

Users have the ability to search by any of the categories presented in this window – note that you must press the button “search database” to activate your search; the return key will not work<\/p>\n

Search using the table view by selecting the Table View<\/b> button<\/p>\n

Similar to the Form View Search page, users may search by database categories in the Table View<\/b>; again, you must press the button “search database” to activate your search<\/p>\n

Changing Search Results View<\/h3>\n

Search results may be viewed in numerous ways, which the user may switch using the icon links on the top toolbar of Filemaker<\/p>\n

This page shows the List View<\/b>, which displays all search results as a descending list<\/p>\n

Performing a New Search<\/h3>\n

To begin a new search, users must select the Cancel Find<\/b> button<\/p>\n

Once the old search parameters have been cleared by selecting Cancel Find<\/b>, select the Search Database<\/b> button to begin a new search<\/p>\n
