Our goal is to better understand how early sensorimotor experiences help shape brain development and the emergence of skilled manual actions. We hope to use this information to develop novel therapies that improve health outcomes and optimize development for children with cerebral palsy.<\/p>\n<p>Our studies involve typically developing children, infants born pre-term, and children with cerebral palsy.
