It is also meant to be an outlet for students to share their unique stories. This survey was partially modeled after climate surveys from other institutions such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/cse-climate.engin.umich.edu\/reports\/climate-dei-reports\/cse-climate-dei-report-19-20\/\">University of Michigan\u2019s Computer Science and Engineering Climate, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/cra.org\/crae\/\">Computing Research Association survey<\/a>. It is important to note that these numbers represent <strong>real people<\/strong> and <strong>real stories<\/strong>.
