Samhita Murthy is currently an M.S. candidate in Biomedical Engineering at Boston University, under the supervision of Dr. Béla Suki. She completed her B.S. in 2019 in Biomedical Engineering at The George Washington University. Samhita is interested in computational modeling and applications of AI/machine learning in understanding biological processes. She is currently working on a project investigating the biomechanical determinants of emphysema progression through computational modeling and simulations.
