Part Five of this series\u2014titled &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/today\/series\/big-data-big-impact\/\">Big Data, Big Impact<\/a>&#8220;\u2014features insights from two of the CRC&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/crc\/people\/faculty\/\">faculty fellows<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/com\/profile\/lei-guo\/\">Lei Guo<\/a> (A<span>ssistant Professor, Emerging Media Studies) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/com\/profile\/chris-wells\/\">Chris Wells<\/a> (Assistant Professor, Journalism).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Both Guo and Wells have worked extensively with big data, both as a research method and as a topic of interest in and of itself.
