Jeremy Hill

Director of Finance & Administration, Real Estate (RE)

Jeremy Hill, Director of Finance and Administration for Real Estate, has been with the University since 2016. Prior to joining the Real Estate team in 2022, Jeremy held a variety of roles including Financial Analyst, Facilities; Assistant Director of Vendor Relations, Accounts Payable; and Associate Director of Capital Planning, Business Affairs. Jeremy’s ties with the University preceded his hire in 2016 as he earned his undergraduate degree at the University, followed by his graduate degree in 2018. 

Jeremy remembers how his mother, who worked as a Finance Manager for a large manufacturing company, was not allowed to work part-time in her role after giving birth. Due to the support of one vice president, she was able to work in a lower job grade in HR part-time. She later returned to her role when she returned to full-time status. This was one of the reasons Jeremy joined the committee – acknowledging that companies have since made changes to parental benefits/accommodations; Jeremy notes the importance of equity in the workplace.
