We will make recommendations to ensure an environment at CPO in which these tools may be used without fear of reprisal or judgment. More broadly, our Working Group will advocate for changes which ensure that responsibility for a fair environment is established and ingrained in the policies and practices of CPO.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Business:<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> CPO leaders acknowledge the importance of strengthening community, culture, and belonging within our organization. Our Working Group will make recommendations to Leadership on ways in which the business of the department can reinforce these values. We affirm the importance of creating processes to share the Working Group\u2019s progress and solicit ongoing feedback within the department.
