The Campus Planning and Operations<\/a> (CPO) Community Working Group (the Working Group) will work to foster foundations of trust, respect, and open communication within the entire CPO organization so that all members of our community are seen, heard, and accepted. The Working Group will strive to make CPO a place where all staff may flourish.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

CPO is committed to fostering an environment in which our employees can thrive as their authentic selves in a community that reflects an incredible diversity of identities and areas of expertise.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Working Group\u2019s efforts will run throughout CPO, promoting the goal of making a more inclusive culture with the support of all levels of the organization.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We will utilize education, initiatives, and recommendations to improve and strengthen workplace culture, community, and belonging within the organization.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
