CPO has formed the Community Working Group to promote a culture of inclusive belonging. We work to create goals in the areas of recruitment, retention, and training; foster communication and understanding; and organize events in support of these goals.

Please reach out if you have any interest in serving. We want all of CPO to feel heard in our work, and as we bring in new members, we hope to include a wide mix of staff drawn from all campuses and parts of the organization.
