Admitted Undergraduate Students

Congratulations on being admitted to the Boston University College of Communication (COM).

I am thrilled that you are considering joining our COMmunity this fall. While it is difficult to adequately replicate the experience of an in-person visit to Boston, our University and COM, I hope that this page will help answer many of your questions. Below you will find a series of videos, links, and other information about what COM and Boston University has to offer.

We have an awesome group of COM Ambassadors (CA’s) who serve as peer mentors to first-year students and love interacting with prospective and admitted students. The CA’s are student leaders at COM and are involved in a wide range of majors, clubs and activities. Check out our COM Ambassador bios and please do not be shy about connecting with any of them. The CA’s also run a cool blog you may want to check out too.

In addition to the content below, COM regularly hosts events that are open to the University community. As an admitted student, you are welcome to join them too. While we are working in the Learn from Anywhere (LfA) format this spring, almost all of our events can be accessed remotely. Please keep an eye on our COM calendar for events that may interest you and feel free to sign up to attend.

Congratulations once again and I look forward to seeing you at the Boston University College of Communication soon.

Stay safe and healthy.

With gratitude,

Bill Taylor
