Admitted College of Communication Graduate Students Only: 2026 Travel Reimbursement Form

We’re excited to offer you a travel reimbursement of up to $200 to support your visit to Boston for Welcome Weekend on April 3-4. Reimbursement checks will be mailed to you approximately 4 weeks after your visit.

Please upload a screenshot or photo of your receipt(s) from your travel (flight, train, hotel, etc.) for the admitted student welcome weekend. Please make sure the image(s) are clear, readable and include your name and a date. Receipt(s) should show an amount in U.S. dollars ($). DEADLINE: You must submit this form by April 12, 2026.*
