Thackery Brown, Ph.D.
Thackery is a post-doctoral researcher in the Stanford Memory Lab. He is interested in investigating the neural structures underlying memory and flexible cognition in both healthy and clinical populations.
Thackery is currently studying the brain regions which support both the learning and retrieval of sequential spatial information in healthy young adults. Of particular interest is the ability of the brain to store and retrieve distinct representations of memories which share common elements. Thackery is interested in the use of both univariate and multivariate analysis techniques, and the application of both functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and magnetoencephalography/electroencephalography (MEG/EEG) to this line of research.
