Among several analogs of IS inhibitors, we have been investigating the role of Indole 3 methanol (I3M), a plant metabolite found in cruciferous vegetables, in vitro and in vivo of mouse adenine CKD model. Our previous work showed that intraperitoneal administration of I3M injection inhibits thrombosis in the adenine induced CKD model.
