Annie Dantowitz, LICSW is a clinician and supervisor at the Child and Adolescent Fear and Anxiety Treatment Program at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University. She provides individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and their parents for anxiety, depression, and tic disorders. Annie provides supervision to child CARD graduate students and external practicum students. In addition, she co-directs the Training and Fidelity Core of the Kids FACE FEARS study. In this study Annie helps to train and support therapists across the country doing CBT for child anxiety. Her research and clinical interests include group work, selective mutism, parent work, as well as dissemination and training of evidence-based practice for child anxiety.

Annie received her B.A. in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Vermont. She went on to earn her Masters in Social Work with a certification in group work from Boston University.

Annie enjoys reading, running, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
