We are learning how adults with Down syndrome experience autonomy and make daily life choices. We also want to hear your thoughts on a new program we are developing to support adults with Down syndrome to maximize their personal autonomy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Who can participate?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adults with Down syndrome who:\n<ul>\n<li>Are 22 years or older\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Live with a family member or a legal guardian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Parents\/guardians of an adult with Down syndrome (aged 22 or older)<\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Service providers with professional experience serving adults with Down syndrome and\/or their families<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Note<\/em><\/span>: Participants must be fluent in either English OR Spanish.
