Most of the instruments are available for open access operation after training. Please contact the CIC for training. Method types available are flow injection analysis (FIA \u2013 no column) and liquid chromatography (LC \u2013 C18 column) mass spectrometry. Solvents are Water and Acetonitrile spiked with 0.1% formic acid. Training sessions are available. The ionization is electron impact (EI) and software is ChemStation. This instrument is equipped with a 100 vial sample tray and is used both for teaching and research.<\/div>\n<div style=\"border-style: solid; padding: 20px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/cheminst\/files\/2021\/06\/Bruker-MALDI-TOF-369x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"369\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-266\" \/><br \/>\nThe <strong>Bruker autoflex Speed<\/strong> is a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer equipped with a SMART-beam II and a flash detector. Software packages include BioTools, PolyTools and fleximaging.
