Abstract

Paths to careers and academic credentials vary from person to person. And, these pathways involve decisions regarding majors, schools, and careers which are not made in a vacuum. Individual pathways are both deeply personal and inextricably linked to external societal factors. Pathways exist in individual experiences, within programs and institutions, between various institutions, and link academia to the workforce. This talk will be an open discussion on the importance of an effective workforce and our role as a STEM community in achieving this goal.

Chemia tutoring will start next week (2/1), at our regular hours on Zoom. Monday and Thursdays, 6-8 pm.

See you soon!

Best,

Chemia Team
