Callie Sopper
Callie received her MSW from BU with a clinical specialization in trauma and violence. She is currently a Staff Clinician at the Metrowest Behavioral Health Center division of Justice Resource Institute where she works with children, families, and adults. Callie completed clinical internships through the BU School of Law’s Defense Clinic and at Boston Medical Center in the
Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights. While completing her MSW, Callie served as a Graduate Assistantship in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at the Questrom School of Business. Prior to going into social work, Callie served as Assistant Director of International Student Initiatives with BU Global Programs, where she partnered with student, academic, and
administrative units across BU to support the academic success and social wellbeing of international students. Callie has lived and worked in China and received her B.A. in Anthropology with Minors in Cinema Studies and East Asian Studies from New York University.
