Registration Guide: Linguistics & African Languages

Students in the Linguistics & African Languages joint major will ordinarily, through coursework for the major, satisfy some of the BU Hub requirements in the areas of Scientific & Social Inquiry; Quantitative Reasoning; Diversity, Civic Engagement & Global Citizenship; and Critical Thinking.

A typical first semester Linguistics & African Languages schedule looks like:

  4. Writing course
  5. Optional add-on: First-Year Seminar
