Registration Guide: Korean Language & Literature

Students majoring in Korean will ordinarily, through coursework in the major, satisfy BU Hub requirements in Philosophical, Aesthetic, and Historical Interpretation; Diversity, Civic Engagement, and Global Citizenship; and Communication, along with requirements in the Intellectual Toolkit. Remaining BU Hub requirements will be satisfied by selecting from a wide range of available courses outside the major or, in some cases, cocurricular experiences.

A typical first semester Korean Language & Literature schedule looks like:

  1. Literature course
  2. Korean language course
  3. Course of interest
  4. Writing course
  5. Optional add-on: First-Year Seminar
