The Caldwell-Harris Lab, part of Boston University’s Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences, studies the interactions between language, culture, emotion, and cognition. Led by Dr. Catherine L. Caldwell-Harris, the lab takes an interdisciplinary approach that combines psycholinguistics, cross-cultural psychology, and cognitive science to better understand how the ways we speak and think are shaped by our experiences and backgrounds.
