Rodman Ride for Kids 2017
Team BUSM completed the Rodman Ride for Kids last Saturday, September 23rd! The team of 24 medical students + 2 virtual riders raised over $10,000 in support of BMC Pediatrics and pediatric medical education with 2 students riding 100 miles, 15 students riding 50 miles, and 7 students riding 25 miles.
Our team raised this money through several fundraisers. We hosted an event at Howl at the Moon with free appetizers and live music, and Blunch is currently donating proceeds from their Whim sandwich of the day! We also had a fundraising event at Whiskey Saigon, as well as a spin class fundraiser at Turnstyle South End!
